(1) Si-Park founded the city's first government-led industry fund for scientific and technological industry, with a first round of 80 million yuan ($11.98 million). The fund is aimed at expanding WND's financing channels in a bid to attract private capital to promote innovation in the district.

(2) WND also established a guarantee fund for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The fund is to attract external financial institutions to distribute risks and share benefits and introduces banks to be co-vouch for SME financing. WND accumulated governmental and social resources to establish a flexible mechanism to support the development of life science and technology companies.
