Professional public technology service platform: authoritative, efficient, excellent

In order to provide solutions for the industrialization of research achievements, WND has formed a public technology service platform. The district established an equipment database through integrating lab equipment from surrounding colleges, enterprises and R&D institutions. It set up related policies and mechanisms to lure those R&D organizations into providing scientific and technological equipment to WND-based companies.

(1) China IoT-based medical care Wuxi institute is the only model project of its kind in China, supported by the Ministry of Health. It promotes the application of IoT techniques, products and standards in medical treatment.

(2) The Wuxi Inspection Center of Food and Drugs is the city's major medical platform, with five major functions: inspection and testing, biological detection, adverse effects detection, remote monitoring and bio-pharmaceutical enterprise services. It specializes in high-end detection of food and drugs, and drug port inspection.

(3) With a total investment of 10 million yuan, WND public test platform of biological macromolecules has a 200-square-meter lab for mammalian cell culture, including a gene engineering lab and cell engineering center. The public test platform integrates eight functions including financing, fair trade, pharmaceutical logistics, information consultation and logistics support, to accelerate the facility for industrialization of research achievements based on the GMP standard.
