Seed funding

WND sets up 200 million yuan ($30million) of special funds for the district's industry development. WND provides the funds yearly, 40 million yuan in five years.

The district adopts joint investment or follow-up investment for enterprises or projects, at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:1.5.
