A space-themed concert by the Wuxi Symphony Orchestra will kick off in style in the Wuxi Grand Theatre on Dec 7.
The concert will include the world premiere of Flying Apsaras, a symphonic suit composed by Li Shaosheng, the orchestra's music director and composer, which promises an extraordinary musical journey through space.
In addition, Gustav Holst's The Planets, divided into seven movements, with each named after a planet in the solar system, will be performed in its entirety. This rare complete performance, due to the work's complicated orchestral arrangement, makes this concert a must-see.
Tickets are available now! Brace yourselves for this musical extravaganza and explore the cosmos' mystic splendor through melodious tunes.
