The Wuxi Symphony Orchestra recently made its overseas debut in London as part of a cultural exchange concert organized by the China Musicians Association.

Over 300 international guests attended the event held at the Duke's Hall. The Wuxi Symphony Orchestra performed abroad for the first time since it was established less than a year ago, showcasing a mix of classic and new musical works.

Renowned Chinese conductor Lin Daye led the performance, joined by musicians Dang Huali, Gao Bai, and Zhang Wenqin, along with the Wuxi Symphony Orchestra Chamber Ensemble.

The concert aimed to deepen understanding of the rich historical and cultural heritage between China and the UK through music.

As one of China's youngest symphony orchestras, the Wuxi Symphony Orchestra's artists presented their innovative achievements in localizing Chinese symphonic music and modernizing local music to the audience, highlighting the orchestra's contributions to the cultural landscape.
