National Green Development Fund eyes collaboration with WND

Ji Xinhua, chief investment officer of the National Green Development Fund Co Ltd, visited Wuxi New District, also known as Xinwu district, on May 13.

Ji said that the fund, initiated by the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, and the Shanghai Municipal Government, is China's first national-level fund dedicated to green development. The fund aims to provide comprehensive financial services for corporate development.

Ji noted that WND, with its strong economy and rapid industrial development, hosts numerous green development projects. He expressed hope that future collaborations could explore more opportunities within environmental, social, and governance (EOD) projects.

Cui Rongguo, Party secretary of Xinwu, referred to WND's pursuit of green development in recent years and expressed hope that the NGDF would deepen its cooperation with the district to explore more opportunities in green investments. WND will continue to collaborate with high-quality service institutions to provide excellent service as always, he added.
