Harvard University Wuxi Alumni Association celebrates one-year anniversary with new projects launched

The 2023 annual celebration of the Harvard University Wuxi Alumni Association took place recently in the Wuxi New District. The event witnessed closer collaboration between Wuxi and Harvard University through alumni-driven initiatives.

During the event, Wuxi New District sealed deals with ten Harvard University alumni-initiated projects involving a diverse range of fields, including carbon asset monitoring and trading and the development of new drugs for Parkinson's disease.

The Harvard University Wuxi Alumni Association, based in the Wuxi New District, is aimed at leveraging the resources of Harvard University and its alumni to introduce new projects and professional teams to industries such as the internet of things, integrated circuits, biopharmaceuticals, advanced manufacturing, artificial intelligence, and new energy.

The association is also expected to expand cooperation between Wuxi and Harvard University in terms of industry, talent recruitment, technological exchange, and investment.

Over the course of its first year, the association has attracted 52 members.
