Chuncheng Jiayuan Community and Meili Community in Xinwu district, Wuxi, were recently listed as part of the first batch of demonstration communities for the "15-minute life circle" in Wuxi.
The "15-minute life circle" developed with the growth of community commerce. It is a community business district that serves local residents within a radius of approximately 15 minutes by foot, aiming to provide basic consumer services for residents' daily needs.
The 16 selected demonstration communities have over 7,000 commercial outlets and a full coverage rate of basic and quality improvement businesses, benefiting over 200,000 residents.

Chuncheng Jiayuan Community is located in Jiangxi sub-district, with an area of 0.51 square kilometers and a population of 13,000. The community has 336 commercial outlets, of which 57 percent are chain brands.
The community has put information about its merchants on an e-map with clear labels to provide policy guidance for merchants. The Chuncheng Farmers' Market has completed its digital transformation and now integrates consumption of fresh vegetables and fruits, business support, and administrative services.
Moreover, residents in the community are able to search for household services, laundry services, and home appliance repair services via an online system provided by the community.
