Four WND enterprises included in Jiangsu's top 100 list for innovation

Four enterprises in Wuxi National Hi-tech District (WND) were listed in the top 100 innovative enterprises in Jiangsu province in 2019, according to Jiangsu Institute of Science and Technology Development.

The four enterprises were: Wuxi Weifu High Tech Group, Wuxi Huaguang Environment and Energy Group, Wuxi Autowell Technology Co and Wuxi CSMC Technologies FAB 2 Co.

Wuxi Weifu High Tech Group, a prestigious domestic automotive component manufacturer founded in 1958, topped the four enterprises to rank 28th on the list.

The Jiangsu Institute of Science and Technology Development has released the annual list since 2016, evaluating enterprises' innovation development based on four aspects: input and output of innovation, innovation performance, and innovation management.

According to the institute, all the listed enterprises have strong ability for independent innovation, yield good economic returns, have great influence on the whole industry, are managed under modern enterprise systems and attach importance to the introduction and cultivation of high-end scientific and technological talents.
