Seafood wonton

Seafood wonton is a traditional food of Wuxi, Jiangsu province. It originated in Dongting village, which is located to the east of Wuxi.

It uses fresh meat, shrimps, and hot pickled mustard paste as its stuffing. Pork bone soup, shredded potato, and egg crepe make up its seasoning, all of which giving it a unique taste.
