Wuxi automobile company pioneers sensor production

Founded in 2013, Wuxi Zhonghui Automobile Electronic Technology Co Ltd (Zhonghui Automobile), is engaged in research and development (R&D), production, and sale of parts integral to new energy vehicles.

Zhonghui Automobile has established a sensor technology center boasting extensive design experience, strong analytical capabilities and R&D systems. In cooperation with advanced enterprises around the world, Zhonghui Automobile strives to further develop its range of cutting-edge sensor products.

Shenzhen Hoverbird Electronics Technology Co Ltd, the parent company of Zhonghui Automobile, established R&D departments, and a sensor and capacitor production arm in Wuxi.

Zhonghui Automobile enjoys a high reputation in the automobile industry. The company joined in the drafting of national standards for thin-film automobile power capacitors in 2013 and also contributed to national standards for automobile temperature sensors.

Liu Bin, chairman of Zhonghui Automobile, explained the key role sensors play in the development of intelligent and driverless automobiles and, consequentially, the company's efforts to advance development. Liu also spoke of the importance of cooperation with entities in Germany, Japan and the United States, and the founding of an R&D center in Tokyo.

"The most challenging parts of sensor production remain design and technology," Liu said. To produce high-quality products, the company utilizes advanced hardware and software, while also making efforts to improve control accuracy in each design and production link.
