The Beijing Science Park Development Group (BSD) Yizhuang Science and Technology Innovation Park, located in the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (BDA), is a technology innovation hub focused on the pharmaceutical and health industries. It follows an innovative "space + investment + services" model and attracts leading industry projects. By leveraging the three platforms of technology transfer, innovation, and industry incubation and promotion, the park fosters industry clustering and supports the growth of the biopharmaceutical and healthcare industry cluster in the BDA. It aims to become a high-end manufacturing base for pharmaceuticals and a hub for innovation in the life and health industry within the area.

The park covers a total area of 66,000 square meters, with a planned construction of 114,300 square meters. This includes 23,000 square meters for research and industrial buildings, as well as 56,800 square meters for multifunctional workshops. The park features a complete incubation chain through various facilities, such as new generation incubators, R&D office buildings, and multifunctional workshops.

The first phase of the project focuses on constructing a multifunctional workshop, an R&D office base, industry incubation and promotion platforms, talent apartments, and canteens. In the second phase, five multifunctional workshops will be built, with varying single-storey heights (4.5 to 7.9 meters), load capacities (300 kg/sqm to 1200 kg/sqm), and floor areas (2,000 to 3,000 square meters). This design is tailored to meet the production and manufacturing needs of high-end biopharmaceutical companies.

Park supporting facilities include incubators, shared experimental facilities, co-working spaces, canteens, and apartments.
