The Beijing E-Town New Drug R&D and Manufacturing Base is located in the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Area(BDA). It opened in late 2022 and occupies a total area of 40,000 square meters with a total investment of around 550 million yuan ($75.24 million).

The base consists of seven production workshops and one supporting building. Each workshop has an area ranging from 6,000 to 18,000 square meters, featuring a floor height of 5.4 to 6.5 meters and a load-bearing capacity of 0.7 to 1 ton.

The park boasts a total power distribution capacity of 19,200 kW, serving electricity to talent apartments, restaurants, convenience stores, gyms, exhibition halls, cafes, and conference rooms. It also provides contract research and development and equipment leasing services.
