The second Yunnan University (YNU) Ecology Promotion Festival held by the School of Ecology and Environment at YNU concluded on World Environment Day (WED), which falls on June 5.

The ecology promotion festival had been running for nearly two months and involved a series of activities, including a tech products competition designed to find innovations to help protect the environment, a debating competition on environmental protection, voluntary activities and an activity to mark WED.

On the day itself, the organizer of the festival designed several games with the aim of promoting knowledge of environmental protection, including plastic pollution, garbage classification, biodiversity, ocean protection and low-carbon transportation.
