The annual soccer competition of Yunnan University (YNU) concluded on May 29.

The competition lasted for more than a month and had over 90 rounds of contests, involving students from all the schools of the university.

The competition was divided into three categories — groups A and B for men, as well as the women’s group. 

After dispatching their rivals in a thrilling manner, the teams from the School of Physical Education, School of Materials and the School of Business and Tourism secured the top three places in the men’s A group.

Another three teams from the School of Materials, School of Business and Tourism and the School of Mathematics and Statistics gained the first three places in the men’s B group. 

The teams from the School of Business and Tourism, the School of Physical Education and the School of Economics grabbed the first three places in the women’s competition.
