The promotion event of the Xiamen Airport Economic Zone Scenario Innovation Platform, along with the supply-demand matchmaking and enterprise roadshow activities, was recently held.
The event focused on the distinctive sectors of the airport economy, aiming to foster the clustering of emerging industries such as embodied intelligence and AI.
Focusing on cutting-edge fields like AI, integrated circuits, hydrogen energy and energy storage, and future medicine, the event unveiled a list of 37 scenarios — including 17 new scenario opportunities and 20 scenario capabilities.

Among them, two integrated scenarios — the comprehensive testing grounds for new technologies in the bonded zone and embodied intelligent robots (comprising seven scenario opportunities) — along with 10 specialized scenarios across three key areas — urban governance and services, commerce and consumption, and logistics and transportation — attracted significant attention.
The event also marked the first systematic release of 20 scenario capabilities from local high-level innovation entities from Xiamen University. Additionally, the WeChat mini-program launched at the event aims to facilitate the establishment of a convenient, regular "online + offline" matching mechanism.

This year, the Xiamen Airport Economic Zone saw the registration of 2,342 new enterprises, and released a total of 40 scenario opportunities, covering cutting-edge fields such as the low-altitude economy, providing a valuable "first-trial and first-application" platform for new technologies and products.
