The construction and development of Xiamen Port are portrayed through the work of pilot Huang Wei at the Xiamen Port Pilot Station at Haicang Terminal. The story focuses on the new construction and development of Xiamen Port over the past decade of the Belt and Road Initiative, showcasing how the construction and development of Xiamen Port have brought convenience and growth to the nearby industrial belt.
