Thailand judiciary delegation visits Xiamen to deepen legal affairs exchanges

Paopun Chobnamtal, deputy secretary general of the Office of the Judiciary of Thailand, and his delegation recently visited the Maritime Silk Road Central Legal District FTZ Pilot Zone in Xiamen, East China's Fujian province. 

They watched the promotional video of the central legal district and visited the Xiamen International Commercial Tribunal, the Xiamen Representative Office of International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization, the Xiamen Arbitration Commission, and International Legal Service center of Yingke and Maritime Silk Road Central Legal District to gain a detailed understanding of the development of the central legal district.

The also held discussions with officials from the Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Justice and the Xiamen Arbitration Commission, engaging in in-depth discussions on deepening legal affairs exchanges and promoting the establishment of a regular cooperative relationship. 

Both sides reached a consensus on enhancing diversified resolution mechanisms for Sino-Thai investment and trade disputes, further advancing cooperation between the central legal district and Thai judicial authorities.
