During the eight-day National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, the Sea World shopping center in Xiaman Free Trade Zone attracted over 700,000 citizens and tourists.
In just one year, Sea World has hosted or organized over 100 large-scale urban events.
Over the past three quarters, the cumulative sales of Sea World's office building spaces have exceeded 1 billion yuan ($137 million), ranking amongst the top in terms of office building sales in Xiamen.
The Sea World is located in the core area of the Dongdu Wharf, which overlaps with the Xiaman Free Trade Zone and Huli district. It is located close to international ports, international business, and cross-border logistics.
It cost more than 17 billion yuan to construct. This multi-billion investment project encompasses headquarters offices, commerce spaces, cultural and entertainment facilities, hotels, and cruise home port terminals.
The complex is focused on four major industrial sectors and adopts a unique approach that promotes the multilateral circulation of the industrial chain. It is currently home to the headquarters of several major corporations.
