The first aerospace human resources industrial park in Fujian province was recently unveiled in the Xiamen Free Trade Zone.
The industrial park, co-developed by key State-owned enterprises and local governments, will serve as a comprehensive industrial service platform that combines industrial advantages and provides robust support for regional economic development.
The industrial park is focused on building a cloud-based HR service platform and an offline HR ecosystem park, a full-chain digital HR service sharing center, as well as a high-end talent training base, a classified test question-setting base, a space talent archive management base, and an industry-education integration training base.
The industrial park currently has over 70 enterprises, including 7 State-owned enterprises, with the total registered capital exceeding 1 billion yuan ($137 million).
In the future, the industrial park will introduce leading enterprises in the industry and provide innovative HR services including foreign-related outsourcing, examination affairs outsourcing, information services, and high-end equipment manufacturing personnel training.
