An agreement to build the InsightEyes EGD System Research and Development Center headquarters of Insight Medical Solutions in the Xiamen Area of China (Fujian) Pilot Free Trade Zone was recently signed.
Representing an investment of 300 million yuan ($42 million), the headquarters will conduct cutting-edge research in various advanced technologies while supporting product iterations.
It will also focus on the research and production of the InsightEyes EGD System and integrate multiple science and technology fields such as optoelectronics, medicine, precision electronics, software development, and artificial intelligence.
Insight Medical Solutions is a subsidiary of Klaser China Group, which is a listed company in Taiwan.
Insight Medical Solutions is the developer of the world's first InsightEyes EGD System, which is used to conduct examinations of the upper gastrointestinal tract.
