A service platform that verifies the quality of software and traces its origin was unveiled in the Xiamen Area of China (Fujian) Pilot Free Trade Zone on June 7.
The third-party platform also provides visualized testing and delivery services.
The platform operator, Xiamen New Jiace Testing Technology Service Co Ltd is the first domestic software testing organization to propose the concept of software certification.
The introduction of this company fills the gap in software evaluation within the area's integrated circuit industry's innovation service chain.
Also unveiled on the same day were four specialized technical testing laboratories, all operated by Xiamen New Jiace Testing Technology Service Co Ltd. They include a e-government application software testing (Xiamen) laboratory, a software source code security audit (Xiamen) laboratory, an international software source code detection (Xiamen) laboratory, and an application software quality evaluation (Xiamen) laboratory.
The Gaoqi Park in Xiamen FTZ is an important cluster for the IC industry that is home to over 200 IC companies. The cluster generated an output value of over 2 billion yuan ($279.9 million) in 2022.
