The Investment Service Center is an affiliated institution of the Investment Promotion Bureau, mainly responsible for matching projects with national ministers and big State-owned enterprises. It plays a coordinating role in making projects a reality and in bringing in funds.

The service center’s Office of Public Liaison takes charge of communicating with national ministers, State-owned companies and research centers on investment and cooperation projects.
