Advanced Manufacturing Industrial Park is aimed at attracting advanced manufacturing enterprises, especially those with a large investment, high-end technologies, high added value and growth potential.

Project's prospects and benefits

The project is committed to building a platform of high-end equipment manufacturing, which will improve the industrial structure of Weifang National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone and promote the informationization and integration of the manufacturing industry in Weifang.

It is expected that the project will reach an annual revenue of about 1.2 billion yuan. The profits and taxes will be 300 million yuan. More than 1,000 new jobs will be provided, creating additional economic and social benefits.

Investment Advantages

The project location enjoys good traffic condition. It is close to Wei-An Road, the main road of the Weifang high-tech zone. Many advanced manufacturing enterprises in Weifang, including Shandong Keling Air Conditioning Co, are also centered around the Advanced Manufacturing Industrial Park.

Eight large factories with office buildings and canteens are planned to be constructed. The whole industrial park will be divided into several areas of differing functions, connected by green belts.

An accessory industrial chain of advanced manufacturing has formed around the industrial park.

About the investment promotion unit

Established in May 2009, Weifang High-tech City Construction Investment and Development Co., Ltd. is a state-owned holding company set up by the management committee of the Weifang high-tech zone.

By the end of 2014, the registered capital of the company was 3.14 billion yuan, with the total assets reaching 10 billion yuan. The company had undertaken the construction of 37 projects in total.

The total area of projects under plan and construction has amounted to about 5 million square meters.
