BEIJING, March 23 (Xinhua) -- The Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) Navy will conduct military training under combat conditions in the South China Sea waters, military sources said Friday.
According to the PLA Navy staff department, the training is a routine arrangement as part of the navy's annual training plan to hone the troops' combat capability.
It is not aimed at any specific country or target, the office said.
