On December 4, an exchange event on foreign-related legal services, themed "Collaborative Wisdom, Legal Safeguards for Business", was held in Nanning, South China's Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region.
The event was hosted by the Justice Department of Guangxi and organized by the Belt and Road International Legal Services Association Nanning Office, the China-ASEAN Commercial Arbitration Cooperation Center, the Guangxi Rule of Law Research Center, and the Guangxi Lawyers Association.
In light of new opportunities and challenges arising from Guangxi's development landscape, the event focused on key topics such as legal risk prevention for enterprises expanding overseas, the development of artificial intelligence application scenarios for ASEAN-oriented legal services, and exploration of investment and legal service opportunities in ASEAN countries.
It brought together experts and scholars from relevant fields to share insights on pathways for foreign-related legal services to support enterprises' overseas expansion under Belt and Road cooperation as well as practical achievements in the field, pooling collective wisdom to empower development.
