Ningxia sets up first foreign-related public legal service center

The first foreign-related legal service center of Ningxia Hui autonomous region was recently established in the Yinchuan Comprehensive Bonded Zone. This establishment fills a significant gap in the region's building of a foreign-related public legal service platform.

The comprehensive bonded zone, located in Ningxia's capital city Yinchuan, is an important platform for Ningxia's opening-up and currently hosts over 300 enterprises, including 10 industrial enterprises and one industrial enterprise above designated size. These enterprises are involved in various areas of foreign trade, such as bonded processing, cross-border e-commerce, international trade, international logistics transit trade, financial leasing, and the import and distribution of meat, fruits, and seedlings.

The foreign-related public legal service center at the Yinchuan Comprehensive Bonded Zone provides three major legal services: foreign-related notary services, foreign-related legal affairs, and arbitration services.

The justice bureau of Yinchuan designated a foreign-related legal service team comprising 33 foreign-related lawyers, 17 foreign-related notaries and 10 arbitrators from the Yinchuan National Notary Public Office. The service team aims to provide convenient public legal services for local enterprises in areas such as international trade, cross-border investments, foreign-related disputes, and contract disputes.
