Hunan lawyers provide quality legal services for residents, enterprises

Since the beginning of this year, the justice department of Central China's Hunan province has mobilized lawyers and grassroots legal service staff to advance the modernization of grassroots governance, and to maintain social harmony and stability by providing high-quality legal services and strong legal guarantees.

As of the end of March this year, over 11,000 lawyers and grassroots legal service staff from 904 law firms and 390 legal service centers in Hunan had been organized to provide customized and high-quality legal services for 7,537 villages and communities, as well as 2,065 enterprises.  

Legal service staff in the province have provided more than 7,200 legal consultations for enterprises, conducted over 1,160 legal examinations and investigated over 1,420 legal risks, so as to ensure that enterprises operate in compliance with laws and regulations, and to promote steady and sustained economic development.

So far, the province's judicial administrative authorities have resolved 5,740 grassroots disputes, greatly facilitating grassroots governance and maintaining social harmony and stability.
