Shenzhen's justice department issues measures to strengthen legal guarantees

The justice department of Shenzhen, South China's Guangdong province, has recently issued 15 measures to strengthen legal guarantees, so as to promote the high-quality development of the city.

The measures aim to further stimulate the city's market vitality and social creativity through stronger legal guarantees and friendlier legal services.

According to the measures, efforts will be made to strengthen legislation in key and emerging fields and to step up advancing legislative work on promoting the development of strategic emerging industries, This will, through legislation targeted at specific fields, help to provide strong institutional support for Shenzhen in its construction of a globally leading manufacturing center, a technological innovation center, a consumer center, a logistics center, as well as a financial center with a great global influence.

Shenzhen will take measures to distribute its high-quality legal service resources and facilitate the allocation of legal services of all kinds in major industries, platforms, projects and enterprises, in a bid to step up creating a high-quality legal service system for the city's seven major strategic emerging industries and "20 plus 8" industrial clusters.
