The justice department of East China's Jiangxi province recently introduced a guideline on establishing a mechanism for comprehensive legal services targeted at enterprises.

A total of 11 comprehensive legal service teams will be set up across the province to promote high-quality corporate development, according to the guideline.

The guideline requires that each city divided into districts should establish a legal service team that consists of lawyers, notaries, forensic experts, and arbitrators, who will then form special groups to deliver services focusing on such fields as company legal affairs, financial securities, and labor disputes.

Local authorities should create a "one stop" service window, develop online service platforms such as apps and WeChat mini-programs that will be included in the "Ganfutong" app, the province's official online administrative service platform, and unify their service hotlines, WeChat IDs and e-mails, to make sure the services are easily accessible.

The teams will be expected to provide enterprises with such legal services as consultations, advice, arguments, representations, notarization, arbitrations, and judicial forensics.

In the meantime, five approaches will be available to extend service channels and enhance service quality, including on-site and online appointments, stationed services, and development of legal service products.

A model of three featured legal service teams will be formed in Jiangxi, namely legal advisor teams at provincial, municipal and county levels serving law-based government administration and decision-making, 11 comprehensive legal service teams for market entities and 12 non-profit lawyer service teams to serve the public with special difficulties, creating a new pattern of law-based business environment.
