Gansu issues plan to raise public's legal awareness

Northwest China's Gansu province has released a plan to further raise residents' legal awareness, promote the spirit of rule of law and meet the growing need for legal information.

The plan calls for the establishment of a group of high-quality publicity and education bases on the rule of law in the province by the end of 2025. 

Extensive public cultural activities on the rule of law are expected to be carried out, according to the plan, so that legal publicity and education will reach more people.

In addition, innovative features will be built into the bases to attract more public participation, and make legal publicity and education more effective.
