Heilongjiang provides high-quality one-stop legal services

Since starting operation in October 2021, the public legal service center in Heilongjiang province has been delivering high-quality one-stop services to the public, providing them with professional legal solutions and helping them solve legal issues.

Residents in Heilongjiang province can access both on-site legal services, including legal aid, consulting, and notarization, among others, and legal support from the 12348 hotline through the public service center. 

Staffed by lawyers who have practiced law for at least three years, the hotline is capable of handling 40 callers simultaneously, working 24/7 for the public across the whole province. 

The hotline handles 822 calls every day on average, with a satisfaction rate of 99.3 percent, according to Liu Yong, deputy director of the Heilongjiang Provincial Justice Department.
