China’s public legal service portal ensures quality services through constant upgrading

Legal Service of China, the country's official public legal service portal, has been committed to high-quality and efficient legal counseling service through constant upgrading. 

So far, the website’s smart legal counseling section, which covers 29 topics, has responded to inquiries from 4.37 million people and issued over 2.1 million legal opinions. As a result, it has received a satisfaction rate of up to 95.7 percent. 

This year, in addition to upgrading several of its Civil Law-related topics, the section launched six new topics, including land expropriation and relocation, construction project-related disputes and share transfers. It also added five new offenses to the list of criminal offenses. 

Since being launched in May, the newly-added topics have counseled about 40,000 people and issued 26,000 legal opinions. Most of the users, or 95.9 percent in total, are satisfied with them.
