Henan extends coverage of 'one-visit-at-most' notarization service

The judicial department of Central China's Henan province recently extended the coverage of its "one-visit-at-most" notarization service, increasing the number of affairs covered by the service from 36 to 100.

The 64 newly-added affairs include authorized execution of property ownership (except for disposal of properties), shareholders' rights and rights of members of the board of directors, appointment of agents ad litem, authorized invitation to bid and bidding, and gift contracts, among others.

Eligible applicants for notarization of these affairs are able to complete the whole procedure in no more one visit to public notary offices.
