Second group of typical cases on public legal services for epidemic prevention, work resumption published

The Ministry of Justice has released the second group of typical cases on public legal services for epidemic prevention and enterprises' work and production resumption amid the COVID-19 epidemic.

The cases focus on issues including labor and contractual disputes, counterfeit and inferior epidemic prevention products, enterprises' debt restructuring, pathological research of COVID-19 and unconventional arbitration proceedings.

The ministry expects local judicial administrative authorities and public legal service providers to learn from the cases in order to better utilize such legal tools as legal aid, notary services, forensic services, arbitration and public legal service platforms for epidemic prevention and enterprises' work resumption.
