In order to effectively implement the official opinions of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council on improving the arbitration system and raising the credibility of arbitration, to standardize the administration of the registration of arbitration commissions, and to facilitate the orderly development of arbitration enterprises, the Measures for Administering the Registration of Arbitration Commissions (Draft for Soliciting Opinions) and its explanations are now being published.
The public can access the draft and its explanations by either visiting the websites designated by the Ministry of Justice or following the ministry's official Wechat account.
Public opinions can be expressed in the following three ways by Oct 11, 2019:
1. Visit the websites of the Ministry of Justice at www.moj.gov.cn and www.chinalaw.gov.cn, or the website of Legal Services of China at www.12348.gov.cn, and leave your comments in the column of "Legislative Comments Collection" on the homepage.
2. Send a letter to the Bureau of Public Legal Services Administration, Ministry of Justice, No 6 Chaoyangmen South Street, Chaoyang District, Beijing (Postal Code: 100020), with the words "Soliciting Opinions on the Measures for Administering the Registration of Arbitration Commissions" on the envelope.
