It was emphasized at the session that cadres must thoroughly understand the new concepts, thoughts and strategies on comprehensive law-based governance, which are the fundamental guidance for its advancement.

Cadres must also focus on addressing people's concerns and worries related to law-based governance, working hard to serve the people and improving their sense of gain.
The session demanded an accurate understanding of the duties of Party committee-affiliated consultative agencies on the building of law-based governance as well as enhancement of supervision and investigation.
