Vice-minister of justice stresses promotion of intelligent innovation in judicial administration

Xiong Xuanguo, a member of the Leading Party Members' Group of the Ministry of Justice and vice-minister of justice, visited a national political and legal intelligent construction technology and equipment exhibition held in Beijing on July 3. 

After the visit, Xiong held a seminar with representatives of exhibitors.

The meeting emphasized that it is necessary to promote technology and equipment innovations in political and legal intelligent construction, put them into practical use, and develop information application to meet the people's requirements. More efforts should be put into big data to push forward upgrading of information construction work.

The meeting pointed out that information construction in China needs to advance in an all-round way, adapting to the needs of the rule of law in China and of judicial administration.

In addition, judicial administration should improve data capacity, enhance integration of information and data, and continue to develop big data for pragmatic use.

The exhibition has already provided a good communication platform, and more efforts are needed to build its brand for greater influence and attention.

The two-day exhibition, hosted by Legal Daily and the Beijing Security and Protection Industry Association, opened on July 3.

Heads of various departments of the Ministry of Justice also visited the exhibition and attended the meeting.
