Bureau of Law Popularization and Rule of Law

The Bureau of Law Popularization and Rule of Law is responsible for formulating the publicity and education plans of the rule of law and organizing their implementation. The bureau guides and supervises the implementation of the law popularization responsibility system that holds law enforcing departments accountable for law popularization for all departments and in various regions. It also guides and supervises government staff in learning and using the law; directs law-based governance of all sectors, departments, and regions; organizes publicity of the rule of law, and leads the construction of the culture of socialist rule of law.
