The Fourth Bureau of Legislation

The Fourth Bureau of Legislation administrates the legislative work of ecological progress construction, and undertakes the drafting and review of the corresponding laws and administrative regulations, and the interpretation of administrative regulations and response to specific application issues. The bureau conducts the post-legislation evaluation of relevant administrative regulations, clears up relevant administrative regulations and rules, and reviews the recording of relevant local laws and regulations.
