A telemedicine system opened between Lushunkou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Dalian, Liaoning province, and the Chinese PLA General Hospital in Beijing on Feb 27. The system is expected to help improve the efficiency, quality and safety of medical treatment.
