2.14 In 2006, the company provided 5 pieces of high-voltage supporting equipment which were SA516-70 compounding 316Lφ2000×δ(82+4)×19804 carbon washing towers and SA387Gr11CL2 φ2200×δ(74+4)×7300 lock residue fillings for Dalian Wangfangdian Songmudao 1830 chemical fertilizer renovation project and 0.2 million-ton nitric acid project, 326 tons in total.

2.15 In 2006, the company offered Dalian Development Zone Yisheng Dahua Petroleum Chemistry Co Ltd 0.6 million tons PeA project φ1800×12×20700(16MnR+00Cr17Ni14Mo2) evaporation tower, three pieces of equipment, six stainless steel heat exchangers and three 09MnNiDR tanks, 12 in total.

2.16 In the second half of 2005, the company undertook and completed the Shaanxi Yulin Energy and Chemistry Co Ltd 0.6 million methanol project by providing eight pieces of equipment such as φ1700×δ44×9000(15CrMoR) memory units and φ1400×δ20×9400(δ31803) grey water heaters; a total of 189-ton high-voltage supporting equipment.

2.17 In 2006, the company undertook the Inner Mongolia Yitai Coal Co Ltd 0.16 million ton MTO project by providing six φ2400×δ24×5329(09MnNiDR+304L) high-voltage heat exchangers, a total of 239-tons of equipment.

2.18 In 2007, the company undertook Shanxi Lu’an Group 0.16 ton coal-based compound fuel oil by participating in three tenders with 98 pieces of equipment, among which were over 1,380-ton tower type high-voltage vertical heat exchangers, Ω ring heat exchangers, high-voltage heat exchangers (16.4MPa) and double tube plate heat exchangers.

2.19 In 2008, the company undertook the Gansu Huatingzhongxu 0.6 million ton methanol project by providing 12 φ1300×11349×δ36 and BKU1800/2600-6.9-/1.3-1870-9.9/25-2 high-voltage heat exchangers, a total of 559 tons.

2.20 In 2009, the company offered Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum (Group) Co Ltd two abdominal stainless heat exchangers, 20 methanol-stripping gas heat exchangers, methanol-vapor heat exchangers and wash water coolers and 496-ton large-scale supporting CTL high-voltage equipment.

2.21 At the end of 2009, the company undertook Yulin Kaiyue 1.4 million tons/year coal-to-methanol conversion project by participating in three tenders and providing 16 pieces of equipment, a total of 417 tons.

2.22 In August, 2009, the company undertook the Shaanxi Weinan High-tech Zone Weihejieneng Co Ltd double vinegar project by compounding 13 rectisol heat exchangers, a total of 93 tons.

2.23 In Oct 2009, the company undertook the Shenhua (Baotou) Charcoal Chemical Industry Co Ltd MTO project by participating in two tenders and providing 20 pieces of equipment, a total of 546 tons. 

2.24 In Jan 2010, the company undertook the Guizhou Kaiyang Chemistry Industry Corporation annual 0.5 million ton ammonia project by providing two gasification system scrubbing towers and tow sulfur recovery waste heat boilers, a total of 262 tons.

2.25 In Feb 2010, the company undertook the Datang Hulun Buir Chemical Fertilizer Corporation ammonia project by providing 36 low temperature supporting towers, shift converters, waste heat boilers and high-voltage heat exchangers, a total of 1,129 tons. 

2.26 In April 2010, the company provided Changchun Dacheng Biotech Development Co Ltd with Texaco coal gasifiers, lock hoppers, scrubbing towers, No. 1 shift converters, No. 2 shift converters, No. 3 shift converters, cold washing towers, H2S evaporating towers, thermal regeneration towers, and methanol/separators: a total of 11 major equipment placements.

To date, Dalian Dongfang Yipeng Equipment Manufacturing Co Ltd has undertaken over 20 projects with more than 270 pieces of equipment, and over 7,000 tons of high-voltage supporting CTL and coal chemical industry equipment. The company has abundant achievements and experience in successful manufacturing.
