1. Main products

1.1 The company is always adopting new techniques and purchasing new devices based on structural features of helical baffle plate heat exchangers. It has many experienced and professional engineering technicians and production operators. It also has mature experience in design and production of carbon steel, stainless steel, dual-phase steel, composite boards and aluminizing tubular helical baffle heat exchangers and ordinary heat exchangers. It has experience in producing carbon steel heat exchangers with diameters of 1.6 to 3.5 meters, 11-meter long straight pipe, 25-meter long U pipe and composite board heat exchangers, as well as capability in manufacture of rare metal equipment. The company has signed license agreements with Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Corporation/Sinopec and SEI on technology implementation and manufacturing licensing of efficient double and triple arch board heat exchangers, baffle plate heat exchangers and T-finned tube reboilers. The company provides efficient heat-exchange equipment with high quality and stable properties, and offers timely, satisfying and considerate service to its customers.

1.2 Helical baffle plate heat exchangers have changed the idea of traditional heat exchangers’ shell from a medium tangent to pipes configured horizontally and vertically. Shell pass medium consists of several quarters of shell sectional fan-shaped baffle plates proceeding from the entrance to the exit in spiral form. The medium flows in the whole shell constantly, steadily and as a vortex. It is a new type of efficient energy-saving shell and tube heat exchanger. Under the same medium parameters, compared to common vertical arch baffle plate heat exchangers, helical baffle plate heat exchangers can increase heat exchange efficiency by 30-50 percent, reduce pressure loss by 50-70 percent and reduce the cost of examining, repairing and cleaning by 30-70 percent. Helical baffle plate heat exchangers can avoid vibration and extend service life by 50 percent.

The helical baffle plate heat exchangers produced by the company have very good field results. Up to now, there have never been any ordinary or serious quality problems. Helical baffle plate heat exchangers have created value and cleared up bottlenecks for the company. They are well received by users.
