How to file a complaint

According to the Interim Provisions on Tourism Complaints issued by the China National Tourism Administration, a statement of complaint should conform with the principle of truth. Specifically, a statement of complaint should include the following information:
1. Name, gender, nationality, employment, age, work unit (organization)'s name, address, contact number of the complainant.
2. Name, address and contact number of the defendant.
3. Facts and reasons of complaint.
4. Claim of compensation.
5. Documents related to the complaint, such as contracts, tickets, vouchers and invoices.
In addition, the complainant should prepare copies of a complaint statement in accordance with the number of defendants, and provide new evidence in the procedure.
