Northeast Industrial District of Dalian Longtou Economic Development Zone is located in Northeast Village, Longtou Street, covering an area of 500,000 square meters. Enterprises promoting low carbon, environmental protection and green energy saving are mainly introduced to Longtou Industrial Park. The Park is now under site formation and road construction.

There are now two enterprises in the Industrial Park, Dalian Baorui Casting Co Ltd and Dalian Shengze Precision Machinery Co Ltd. 

Dalian Baorui Casting Co Ltd is mainly involved in motor assembly and manufacturing. Its total investment is 250 million yuan, and upon completion, its annual production value will be about 300 million yuan, and its annual profit is estimated around 20 million yuan to 25 million yuan. 

Dalian Shengze Precision Machinery Co Ltd is a manufacturer of specialized motors. Its total investment is 30 million yuan, and upon completion, its annual production value is projected to be around 60 million yuan, with an annual profit of around 12 million yuan. 

Relevant project components manufactured by both enterprises have been reported to the Planning Bureau, and the Planning Bureau is reviewing the red line of the preliminary site.
