Dalian Green Food Industrial Park, located in Changcheng Street, has been included in one of the practical projects for people’s livelihood to be implemented by Dalian Municipal Government in 2012. The Park is developed around the ethos of becoming a safe food processing and high-end green food processing area. 

The Park will introduce enterprises manufacturing and processing grain, fruit and vegetables, meat, bean products, seafood, seasoning and other life necessities into the area, and develop enterprises processing precious marine products, fruit and vegetables and other high-end food and health care products. It is planned to take around three to five years to create the Park as a Dalian Safe Food Base and a High-end Green Food Base in Northeast Asia.

With convenient transportation, the Park is adjacent to Lushun North Road, Lushun Middle Road and Tuyang Expressway, only a 15-minute drive to Dalian Airport and Lushun New Port; and only a 6-hour journey to Shandong Peninsula by Yantai-Dalian train ferry. 

As the Park enjoys flat terrain, good water quality and good foundation of food industry, 11 enterprises including Dalian Gaishi Agricultural Development Co Ltd and Dalian Fenghe Foodstuffs Co Ltd have entered into the Park and put into operation. Dalian Bangchuidao Food Co Ltd will enter into the Park soon.

The Park is equipped with complete infrastructure and the starting area has achieved the "seven connections and one leveling" requirements. Meanwhile, the Park is surrounded by Dalian Lushun International Logistics Center of Subsidiary Agricultural Products with an annual trading volume up to 2 million tons, Dalian International Flower Center with an investment of 440 million yuan, Xinhong Urban Agricultural Park, Lingshan Shengguo Eco-tech Industrial Park, Dalian Green Morning Fruits and Vegetables Cooperatives and more than ten professional fruit & vegetable and flower & plant parks.

In order to optimize its serviceable environment, the Park will adhere to the service tenet of "transparency, high quality, high efficiency and convenience" and the service concept of "investor-friendly direction, customer-friendly direction, and sincere service". 

By means of constant simplification of procedures and optimization of processes, the Park will provide one-stop services with high efficiency and quality for enterprises. At the same time, the Park will ensure all projects will enjoy all preferential policies for provincial-level development zones, and offer preferential support in land and tax based on investment intensity, construction date and production time.
