The "Three Whites" produced in Taihu Lake refer to silver fish, white fish, and white shrimp. The best way to prepare them is boiling, and they can be cooked either together or separately.
The 300-kilometer cycling route around Taihu Lake passes by five cities along the Grand Canal and boasts breathtaking scenery.
Qingmingqiao Culture and Historic Block is best seen at night when its colorful lanterns are lit up. People can also taste authentic Wuxi food and take a boat to enjoy the night views.
