Renovated from the century-old Qingfeng Cotton Mill, the industrial park includes 11 red brick buildings, most of which functioned as warehouses with spacious rooms.
A barista at Key Turbo Coffee, one of the shops at the industrial park, said that he can not only admire beautiful scenery during making coffee, but also develop a peaceful mindset in this ancient building.

Established in 1921, Qingfeng Cotton Mill is the first cotton mill in China using electric weaving machines. With good management, Qingfeng Cotton Mill's total capital rose eightfold in 1936 over its initial operation to nearly 8 million yuan ($1.17 million).
In 2016, Wuxi Communications Industry Group Co Ltd invested to repair the industrial heritage after Qingfeng relocated from its former site and currently, all the office spaces at the industrial park have been rented out.
