On April 28, the Grand Union of Innovation (GUi) opened a new Artificial Intelligence Mansion in GUi Shushan Park, Hefei, marking a major step in the pursuit of high-quality innovation-driven development. The launch event also featured signing ceremonies for seven key technology projects and seven enterprises set to settle in the mansion.
Jointly hosted by the Shushan district government and the GUiTEK Service Platform, the event gathered officials, including key district officials, representatives from Anhui's provincial AI task force, and executives from GUi.
Two GUi-based companies, Aura Cloud Data Company (光环云数据有限公司) and Hefei AmbientWin Metrology Technology Company (合肥临境气象科技有限公司), unveiled AI-powered digital solutions and cloud-based large-model forecasting tools respectively, at the event.

Located near the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), the 23,500-square-meter tower-like mansion is designed to accelerate the district's "all-area innovation" strategy. With a complete startup incubation chain of makerspace-incubator-accelerator-industrial parks, it will leverage local universities, research institutes, and GUi's global partner network to fuel the AI ecosystem.
The district's commitment to innovation was emphasized as the AI mansion was noted for integrating research and industry. As a key tech infrastructure, the mansion will support the commercialization of scientific breakthroughs and help expand the innovation landscape, creating fresh momentum for the region's transformation into a science and technology powerhouse.
