This project aims to create a safe, efficient and harmonious entrepreneurial incubation base with good development prospects and sustainable development capabilities.

Liji Building

This project is designed as an IT base in architectural design – attracting IT companies to settle there – and it will serve as an intelligent commercial office building.

New Engineering Achievements Transformation Acceleration Platform Phase I

This project is located near the west campus of USTC, facing Feixi Road on the west side and residential buildings on the other three sides.

Planned projects

New Medicine Achievements Transformation Acceleration Platform

This project will use the demolition site of the Hefei Science and Agriculture Line – relying on the advantages of USTC in life sciences, precision medicine and in clinical medicine. It will build a professional production, experiment and research and development platform to undertake enterprise incubations, pilot tests and acceleration functions.

USTC Park

This project will be led by the Grand Union of Innovation Shushan Park – coordinating with surrounding universities – and achieve sci-tech innovation-driven urban renewal development in the old urban area.
